Purpose

Seborrheic Dermatitis and Dandruff

Uses

Helps eliminate scalp and skin scaling, redness, flaking, itching, and irritation associated with dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.

Warnings

For external use only.

Ask a doctor before use if you have seborrheic dermatitis covering a large area of the body.

When using this product avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water.

Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens or does not improve after regular use of this product as directed.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or call a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

For best results use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.
Wet hair thoroughly, massage onto scalp and skin, rinse.

Ingredients

Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sodium Laurylglucosides Hydroxypropylsulfonate, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Caprylyl Glycol, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Panthenol, Sodium Phytate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Hydroxide.

Directions

Wet hair and skin. Lather and gently massage onto scalp and skin, then rinse. Use daily or as often as needed. Follow with Happy Cappy Moisturizing Cream on dry areas of the face and body.

Directions

For best results, apply to the face and body at least twice a day. Use with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser such as Happy Cappy Daily Shampoo & Body Wash.

Preservatives protect water-based formulas

Preservatives help protect water-based products from microbial growth during normal use. Different formulas use different preservative systems. Phenoxyethanol appears in the Medicated Wash and Moisturizing Cream. Learn about phenoxyethanol.

Fatty alcohols soften skin and support cream texture

Cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol serve a different role from ethanol or rubbing alcohol. You can find both in the Moisturizing Cream ingredient list.

What is the pH of Happy Cappy products?

The Daily Wash and Moisturizing Cream have an acidic pH; the Medicated Wash has a neutral pH. Read the product pH guide for the explanation.
