The Medicated Shampoo & Body Wash contains 0.95% pyrithione zinc and helps eliminate itching, irritation, redness, flaking, and scaling associated with dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. For cradle cap, it helps manage symptoms while helping soften and loosen flakes and scales so they can be gently washed and brushed away. The soft silicone brush does no chemistry of its own. Once the shampoo has softened the scales, its gentle bristles help lift them without scratching, and between baths the same brush works as a soothing scalp massager. It is made of soft, BPA-free silicone and rinses clean.

Wet the scalp and hair thoroughly and apply a small amount of the Medicated Shampoo & Body Wash, gently massaging it into the scalp. Leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes, and while it sits use the soft silicone brush in gentle circular motions to help loosen and lift softened flakes and scales, then rinse thoroughly.
The soft silicone brush may also be used gently between baths, as needed, to help lift loose flakes and massage the scalp. Many babies find the brushing soothing.
