Step 1. Wash with the Medicated Shampoo & Body Wash 2 to 3 times a week, leaving it on 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing. Step 2. Use the Daily Shampoo & Body Wash on the days in between. Step 3. Moisturize at least twice a day with the Moisturizing Cream, ideally after a bath.
